Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager at WINDSCREEN DISTRIBUTORS(PTY) LTD located in Kempton Park. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, financial planning, and financial reporting. They will also be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to improve financial performance. The Finance Manager will manage a team and collaborate with other departments to ensure effective financial management and compliance.
Qualifications
Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
Experience in budgeting and financial planning
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
Proficiency in financial software and systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
Professional certification (e.g. CPA, CFA) is a plus
Previous experience in a Sage Accounting System would be an advantage
