This position involves a lot of travel to branches for customer visits.

Qualifications
Sales Presentations, Relationship Building, and Customer Service skills
Strong Communication skills
Previous sales experience in automotive industry
Previous external sales will be an added advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
Valid driver’s license
Very good reporting and excel skills
Previous automotive glass experience will be an added advantage

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Branch Manager to oversee and manage all operations within our Cape Town branch. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring strong leadership, operational expertise, and a customer-focused approach.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the branch, maintaining high standards of service, and achieving operational targets and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all daily branch operations
Control and manage inventory levels effectively
Coordinate deliveries and logistics
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Supervise and support branch staff
Assist with sales activities and business development
Prepare daily reports and communicate with Head Office
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Ensure branch performance meets targets and deadlines

Requirements & Skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Working knowledge of inventory management systems
Strong customer service experience
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and within a team
Ability to perform effectively under pressure
Valid driver’s license
